Note

About this translation

This page is an English translation provided for convenience. The company is French and these terms are governed by French law. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Art. 1

Publisher

The website jeigi.solutions (the “Site”) is published by the company identified at the top of this document.

The publication director, within the meaning of article 6-III of French Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, is the company's president.

Art. 2

Hosting

The Site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, California 94107, United States — cloudflare.com.

The host is established outside the European Union. The technical connection logs it keeps to secure and operate the service are therefore processed in the United States. The publisher has no access to those logs.

Art. 3

Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Site. They apply to every visitor without exception.

Accessing the Site constitutes full acceptance of the Terms in the version in force on the date of the visit. Anyone who does not accept them must stop using the Site.

The Terms govern the Site only. Software and services published by the company are covered by their own separate agreements.

Art. 4

Access to the Site

The Site is available free of charge to anyone with an internet connection. Equipment, software and connection costs remain the visitor's own.

The publisher aims to keep the Site available at all times but is not obliged to. Access may be interrupted, suspended or restricted — for maintenance, updates, a technical incident or the act of a third party — without notice or compensation.

Art. 5

Intellectual property

Every element of the Site — the name JEIGI SOLUTIONS, the wordmark and monogram, texts, layout, source code, stylesheets and images — is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher or its rights holders.

Under article L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part and by any means, without the publisher's prior written consent is unlawful.

Only reproduction for strictly private purposes is permitted, together with short quotation provided the source is clearly stated.

Art. 6

Use of the Site

Visitors undertake not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of public order;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its code or the infrastructure serving it;
  • disrupt the operation of the Site, in particular through abnormal automated load;
  • extract or reuse all or part of the Site in breach of article 5;
  • harm the rights, reputation or security of the publisher or any third party.
Art. 7

Liability

Information published on the Site is provided for general information. The publisher takes care over its accuracy and currency but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment.

The publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to the Site, its use, an inaccuracy or omission in its content, or its unavailability.

Nothing on the Site constitutes advice, a contractual offer, or a commitment by the company.

Art. 8

Hyperlinks

The Site may link to third-party sites. Those sites are outside the publisher's control, and the publisher accepts no responsibility for their content or for how they are used.

Linking to the Site is permitted, provided the link does not distort the content and creates no confusion as to the Site's origin or affiliation. The publisher may request the removal of any link that fails to meet this condition.

Art. 9

Personal data and cookies

What the Site does not do

The Site sets no cookies, uses no trackers or analytics, writes nothing to browser storage, and loads no resource from any third-party service. It has no forms and therefore collects no personal data by itself.

Hosting logs

The host named in article 2 records technical connection logs, including IP addresses, to secure and operate the service. That processing is the host's own and is covered by its own privacy policy.

If you email us

Data contained in an email sent to the publisher is processed solely to reply and to follow up on the exchange. The legal basis is the publisher's legitimate interest in answering its correspondents. Data is kept for as long as the exchange requires, then for any period required by applicable legal retention obligations.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Exercise them at the contact address in article 12.

You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNILcnil.fr.

Art. 10

Changes to the Terms

The publisher may amend the Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of the visit; its effective date appears at the top of this document.

Art. 11

Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by French law.

Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the Site falls to the competent courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction that apply — in particular where the visitor is acting as a consumer.

Art. 12

Contact

For any question about the Site or these Terms: contact@jeigi.solutions, or by post to the registered office shown at the top of this document.
